Managers 1:1 is for managers or supervisors with ambitious goals. In need of formal professional supervision, career development and or mentoring.

Talent Development

My goal is to develop leaders to become the trail blazers of their generation. Through focused 1:1 management supervision, career development and/or mentoring and skills development for career progression. The 1:1 is provided by an expert from the relevant profession with mentoring, professional supervision and career development experience.

Where

Managers 1:1 is provided by Skype or at an agreed location, for 1 hour and minutes of the session will be provided.

When

Managers 1:1 sessions are available on a one off or on-going basis by scheduled appointment.

Funding

I accept self funding and funding provided by a employer/organisation.
